Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 20+ years of direct experience in structural dynamics (modal analysis, shaker tests).
• Experience with mechanical loading effects on design (QS, dynamic, thermal).
• Proficiency in NASTRAN, ANSYS, MATLAB and other analysis software.
• Proven team leadership in structural engineering and cost-focused product development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop robotics for space environments.
• Lead design, development and implementation of technical solutions across mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Define technical work packages and provide direction to cross-functional teams.
