Job summary

Fullscript is hiring a Staff Product Manager - Onboarding & Growth to shape how practitioners discover, adopt, and realize value from the platform. You will own critical parts of the practitioner journey, from sign-up through first treatment plan and activation, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and cross-functional teams to reduce friction and accelerate time to value.

This senior individual contributor role offers broad scope and high autonomy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in a senior role.
• Experience owning SaaS onboarding, activation, or product-led growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and growth metrics.
• Proven ability to improve activation, engagement, retention through experimentation.
• Experience partnering with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and customer-facing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for practitioner onboarding, activation, and early product adoption.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey from sign-up through first treatment plan and activation.
• Design and deliver product-led growth initiatives to improve activation, engagement, retention, and adoption.
• Identify pain points via data and insights to drive measurable improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration.
• Lead product discovery, translating problems into priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Define success metrics and use experiments and feedback to optimize onboarding.
• Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to create a seamless journey across touchpoints.
• Influence strategy beyond a single roadmap by aligning practitioner needs with business goals.
• Leverage AI tools to improve discovery, delivery, and decision-making in onboarding.
