As Engineering Manager for Sales Planning, you will lead the team responsible for a recently launched product that helps sales organizations plan quotas, territory design, and team capacity with accuracy, auditability, and scale. This is a high‑leverage role at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and execution.
You will partner closely with Product, Design, and platform and application teams in an API‑, platform‑, and AI‑first environment. The compensation offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. The base salary range for this role is $160,433- $252,453. Compensation for candidates hired in Canada will be provided in Canadian dollars and may differ from the ranges listed above due to currency conversion. Base salary is just one component of CaptivateIQ’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity, comprehensive health benefits, and other perks and benefits.
