Job summary

Clio is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy across our Vincent Enterprise suite. This role shapes the direction of an AI-powered platform for enterprise legal teams, with offices in Toronto and NYC and a hybrid work expectation.

You will partner with Design, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to own end-to-end outcomes, mentor PMs, and drive data-informed decisions that advance product maturity across Vincent as it scales globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or complex platforms.
• Experience as a founder or co-founder of a startup.
• Proven track record shipping high-quality, user-centered products at scale with measurable impact.
• Deep expertise in product discovery, data-informed decision-making, and systems thinking.
• Experience building for enterprise users with complex workflows.
• Ability to connect product strategy to business and customer outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence without direct authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset on new technologies, especially AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for Vincent for enterprise users.
• Own end-to-end product outcomes from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to shape roadmaps.
• Embed research and data-informed decisions into development processes.
• Clearly communicate strategy, insights, and tradeoffs to stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Leverage AI to build intelligent, adaptive enterprise products.
• Engage with customers to surface insights and feed feedback into the roadmap.
• Mentor other product managers and raise craft across the org.
• Prioritize work to meet delivery goals and long-term impact.
