Job summary

Clio is seeking a Legal Architect to join our Enterprise Sales team in Toronto. This consultant role focuses on guiding elite law firms and corporate legal departments through AI adoption, delivering tailored demonstrations and high-value pilots.

You will partner with Account Executives, articulate measurable outcomes, and act as a trusted advisor on process and change management for AI-enabled legal workflows.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification and 3+ years at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw 100 or equivalent).
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior legal stakeholders.
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Understanding of legal workflows and adoption dynamics in elite firms.
• A consultative, solutions-focused mindset with interest in AI for legal work.

Responsibilities

• Engage with elite law firms and corporate legal departments to understand processes and AI opportunities.
• Lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of Clio’s AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs and guide AI adoption journeys.
• Design high-impact pilots with measurable outcomes in targeted practice areas.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior partners and operations managers.
• Help customers navigate cultural and process changes for AI transformation.
• Collaborate with marketing to create content and messaging for legal audiences.
