Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications or platform services.
- Experience making design or architecture decisions across multiple teams or services.
- Proven ability to design and operate distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Responsibilities
- Lead design and evolution of large-scale distributed systems and platform architectures.
- Set technical direction for scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operations.
- Drive AI-assisted development practices to boost velocity and quality.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape priorities and modernization.
- Lead architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical planning.
- Improve observability, incident response, and reliability across production systems.
- Mentor engineers and drive modernization initiatives across teams.
