Job summary

Nodi in Greater Sudbury is seeking a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist to join a high-volume, well-supported practice. The role offers CAD $85–$90/hour all-in, comprehensive benefits, vacation time, bonuses, and liability insurance reimbursement.

You'll work with a strong pharmacy team, receive overlap with an experienced pharmacist Mon-Wed, and have potential moving expense reimbursement for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario with active registration.
  • Strong community pharmacy experience.
  • Excellent clinical and medication knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience with methadone is an asset.
  • Experience with non-sterile compounding is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify prescriptions accurately and safely
  • Assess medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions
  • Provide medication counselling and clinical recommendations

  • Participate in Level B non-sterile compounding activities

Looking for an exceptional pharmacy opportunity in Greater Sudbury? We are seeking a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist to join a busy and well-supported pharmacy in the Greater Sudbury area of Ontario. With compensation of CAD $85–$90/hour all-in, comprehensive benefits, vacation time, performance bonuses, professional registration and liability insurance reimbursement, and a strong pharmacy support team, this is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for both exceptional compensation and a well-structured practice environment.

What We Offer
  • 70 on payroll, $85 to $90 incc
  • Annualized equivalent of approximately on payroll $145,600 CAD/year or$176,800 CAD/year to$187,200 CAD/year incc, based on 40 hours/week

Schedule

The pharmacy operates: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM; Weekends: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. The Staff Pharmacist schedule would include: Two evening shifts per week: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM; Every second weekend; Pharmacist overlap available Monday–Wednesday. The schedule is designed to provide consistent full-time hours while maintaining strong pharmacy support during the busiest periods.

About the Pharmacy

This is a high-volume pharmacy environment, processing approximately 3,000 prescriptions per week. Despite the volume, you'll be supported by a substantial pharmacy team; Pharmacist overlap Monday–Wednesday; PropelRx digital workflow system. This means you can focus on your professional responsibilities and patient care rather than carrying the entire operational workload yourself.

Clinical & Professional Opportunities

The pharmacy provides exposure to a broad range of pharmacy services, including: Methadone services; Non-sterile compounding – Level B; Prescription verification and clinical assessment; Medication counselling and patient education; Collaboration with other healthcare professionals; High-volume community pharmacy practice. This is an excellent environment for a pharmacist who enjoys a fast-paced practice setting with strong technical support and meaningful clinical responsibility.
