The ideal candidate holds a Manitoba pharmacist license, has hands-on staff-pharmacy experience, and is proficient with Kroll software. You’ll ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in Manitoba with 3 years' minimum experience.
• Active, in good standing Pharmacist license in Manitoba required.
• Significant experience in a staff pharmacy role.
• Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy software required.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, change-driven mindset to lead innovations in digital pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Run pharmacy operations efficiently and accurately to provide high-quality patient service.
• Take ownership of stock processes and ensure seamless availability and flow.
• Uphold safety and follow all Manitoba and federal regulations.
• Maintain records in accordance with legislation and policy.
• Identify challenges and implement improvements to the digital pharmacy model.
• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed.

Key Responsibilities

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
