Bradley Apartments in Grimsby is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a multidisciplinary team for adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will provide compassionate nursing and support colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.

The role includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safe person-centred support. Shifts are 12.5 hours, 3–4 days a week with days, nights and weekends on rota.
