Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Multifamily Construction Manager to oversee construction sites, sub-contractors, and workers, ensuring high quality and safety standards. The role emphasizes field leadership and hands-on site management across multiple projects.

The candidate will travel up to five nights per week to project locations, review safety plans, document findings, and communicate with the project manager to resolve field issues and maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in general industry, construction, engineering or electrical trade work.
• Minimum of 5 years successful experience in commercial construction trades.
• Minimum of 5 years successful layout and print reading experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite Platform, Word, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations for construction and general industry (Federal, OSHA, and the basics of other state programs).
• Strong working knowledge of 3 phase electrical and Utility Electrical Service Requirements.
