Job summary

Rohit Group in Calgary is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead residential builds from planning through completion. You will develop detailed schedules, coordinate inspections, and oversee day-to-day site operations to keep milestones on track.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential construction management for a volume builder, journeyman carpentry, and a proven track record managing subcontractors, safety, and quality on site.

Job description

Project Delivery:

• Monitor project progress to ensure on-time completion and budget alignment.
• Identify and address potential delays or cost overruns proactively.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce the company’s safety program through regular site inspections.
