Job summary

Finlink Group seeks a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven features across a distributed platform. You’ll work across the stack (C#, React, API design) and lead architecture decisions for scalable, high-performance systems.

You will design, build, and operate modern microservices, integrations with B2B partners, and containerized deployments on Docker/Kubernetes while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and maintain quality at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial experience delivering production-grade, full-stack applications.
• Strong expertise in .NET / C#, RESTful API development, and Next.js / React.
• Experience designing, building, and operating highly available distributed systems.
• Hands-on with MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage choices.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of product features from concept through production.
• Design, build, and operate highly available distributed systems at scale.
• Develop and maintain third-party and B2B integrations on a shared platform.
• Develop and operate Docker-based containerized apps and Kubernetes workloads.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate development while ensuring quality and security.
• Establish reusable technical patterns and lead by example across workstreams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems from edge to origin.
• Monitor production environments, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Stay current with new technologies and apply them where appropriate.
