Job summary

Evolo is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to own the frontend experience of an AI-native product. You’ll work as a hybrid engineer-designer, researching user needs, prototyping in code, and shaping the interface used by enterprise buyers in production.

You will drive architecture, build high-performance, modular apps for banks, and establish design standards and patterns to be adopted by future hires. Expect weekly shipping and a fast-moving design discipline.

Qualifications

Proven UI/UX design skills; able to produce wireframes and prototypes in Figma or similar tools.
Fluent in AI-native coding/design tools; rapid prototyping from concept to clickable features.
Deep React and TypeScript expertise; manage real-time AI-powered interfaces.
Strong HTML5/CSS3 or CSS-in-JS, with accessible, responsive design.
Systems-thinking to create reusable components used across product lines.
Experience with frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
Comfort with CI/CD and automated testing to ship weekly.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end UI/UX for Evolo's product areas from research to production interfaces.
Design and implement AI-native interaction patterns with streaming content and human-in-the-loop flows.
Architect and maintain scalable frontend with modular micro-frontends where beneficial.
Develop and evolve the design system as the single source of truth for look and feel.
Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product to shape technical roadmaps; ship weekly.
Profile and optimize performance across bundle size, rendering, and network.
Set frontend standards through code reviews and mentoring for future hires.
