Job summary

We seek a highly experienced technical leader specializing in experimentation infrastructure to define and execute a roadmap that balances leadership with hands-on development.

You will influence users across product engineering, analytics, and strategy, shaping design standards, governance, and tooling for scalable experimentation

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience with focus on experimentation and analytics infrastructure.
• Proven ability to design, build and scale experimentation platforms in SaaS environments.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and feature rollout.
• Ability to translate business objectives into experimentation and measurement capabilities.
• Experience with commercial or open-source experimentation platforms; Eppo experience especially valuable.
• Strong SQL skills and scalable analytical data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy for experimentation and measurement company-wide.
• Develop a centralized experimentation platform roadmap powered by Eppo and integrated with the company’s data ecosystem.
• Partner with the company’s Strategy and Analytics group, Product Management, Data Science, and other functions who are key consumers of experiments infrastructure.
