RBC is seeking a Staff Cloud Security Engineer in Toronto to lead cloud security initiatives across RBC and Brewin Dolphin. You will design security services, implement automation using IaC, and improve reliability through SRE practices.
The role involves on-call rotations and collaboration with multi-tenant cloud environments in Canada. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in security architectures, 5+ years in Python/Java/Go, 5+ years with Azure/AWS, and strong experience with CI/CD pipelines
What is the opportunity? The Cloud Security team is undertaking multiple initiatives as part of RBC's expansion to Brewin Dolphin, to improve Public Cloud Security across all tenants. In this role as a Staff Cloud Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance RBC & Brewin Dolphin's Cloud Security posture. You will also contribute to the developer experience and foster a culture that encourages best security practices.
