Job Summary:

As a Staff Auditor, you will play a vital role in executing the daily activities of audit engagements. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, preparing work papers and financial statements, and collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality audit services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and communicate audit timelines to clients and Partners.
  • Oversee audit processes from start to finish.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit plans, work papers, financial statements, and audit reports.
  • Present audit findings and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Participate in risk assessments and contribute to the development of audit plans.
  • Collaborate closely with internal staff and clients to ensure smooth audit operations.
  • Deliver high-touch, high-quality service to clients.
  • Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Offer consulting services and recommendations to clients.
  • Support the professional and personal goals of yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in auditing or attestation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting detailed financial analysis and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
