The Staff Accountant is responsible for the maintenance of fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports, including monthly bank reconciliations. This position involves general accounting, property accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting, and budgetary controls. Responsibilities will include coding transactions, reconciling sub-ledgers and accounts, providing ad-hoc reporting, analyzing financial reports, and completing month-end reporting and related transactions.This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is looking for stability, a strong benefits package, and on-the-job support while working toward CPA designation—or for someone experienced in full-cycle accounting who enjoys staying hands-on in a collaborative, mid-size team environment.
