Responsibilities

• Set up portable and stationary bars for events.
• Perform opening and closing inventory counts.
• Maintain adequate stock levels at all times.
• Balance cash and reconcile after shifts.
• Check IDs and refuse service when necessary.
• Close bars following procedures and maintain professionalism.
