A leading educational institution is seeking a Casual/On-Call Office Support Clerk. The role involves various administrative tasks including word processing, photocopying, and maintaining student records. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a Grade 12 education.

Summary of Duties :
Reporting to the Principal / Designate but receiving day-to-day guidance and direction from the Administrative Assistant, the Office Support Clerk is responsible for the provision of word processing; high volume photocopying; may provide reception and switchboard; collecting, inputting and verifying accuracy of student attendance; distributing mail; filing student information; and working as a member of a team to ensure the timely resolution of general office requirements, using both computerized and manual systems. The duties and responsibilities assigned will vary for each position, based on individual school needs.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
OR an equivalent combination of training and experience.
