Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Reliability Engineer (SRE) for large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on proficiency with Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Datadog monitoring stacks.
• Experience leading incident response calls and performing RCA.
• Strong understanding of resiliency, fault tolerance, and monitoring best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise incident management systems.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, resiliency, and availability of an enterprise EmFi platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end monitoring and alerting frameworks.
• Define, track, and optimize SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Serve as the primary technical driver during incident response and outages.
• Lead the RCA process and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage incident ticket lifecycles using ServiceNow.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce toil, MTTD, and MTTR.
