We are seeking a talented Sr Technician to join our security business unit, based at our Canadian office in Mississauga, ON.

Job Purpose and Summary :

The Senior Technician will work under the management of the General Manager of Canada, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of jobs and ensuring high client satisfaction. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, safety program management, and operational strategy execution.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Perform upgrades, additions, and repairs to security / life safety systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair systems following blueprints and standards.
• Ensure quality and safety procedures are followed.
• Lead troubleshooting, installation, and system upgrades.
• Assist sales and engineering in project design and bids.
• Train team members and lead project crews to completion within scope and budget.

Customer Service & Communication Skills :

• Coordinate system startups and ensure compliance.
• Provide clear communication to clients and project managers.
• Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.

Safety & Accountability :

• Adhere to safety policies and work safely at heights.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Ensure timely project completion and closeout.

Basic Qualifications :

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Experience in client management and problem-solving.

Essential Functions :

• Strong leadership and technical knowledge of security systems.
• Excellent team-building skills.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to work at heights, lift 25 pounds, and travel as needed.

Salary Range : $38-52 / hr.
