With offices in the US and Europe, we’re looking for do-ers, problem-solvers, and entrepreneurs like you who want to make an impact in our industry, grow with us, and create a community where everyone thrives.

Careers mean more at Gen II – more opportunity, more innovation, and more ideas! You’ll have the opportunity to grow in ways that are meaningful to you and work alongside some of the best people in their field. You’ll also receive training which will advance your skill set, both technically and personally allowing you to achieve your career aspirations with us. Be part of our community that recognizes achievements, promotes from within, and receive meaningful benefits which focus on your physical, mental and financial well-being.

Reporting to the Sensr Portal Head of Product, the Sr. Technical Product Manager will play a central role in shaping and delivering the Sensr Portal investor platform. You'll work across business functions to translate strategy and roadmap into execution, driving the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

As part of Gen II's Digital Solutions division, you'll experience the best of both worlds: the agility and velocity of a high-growth technology startup, backed by the scale and stability of a major enterprise. We operate as a cross-functional, highly collaborative agile team - product, design, engineering, customer success, and sales — united around solving complex problems and delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and partners.

What you’ll be doing
  • Translate the product roadmap into a structured agile development cycle by authoring clear, detailed epics, user stories, and tickets for both new features and ongoing improvements
  • Establish and continuously refine technical product processes in close collaboration with Engineering and Design
  • Support feature prioritization and release planning, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality product updates to clients
  • Triage and resolve bugs with urgency, balancing quality with velocity
  • Partner with various internal teams on cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of proven end-to-end technical product management experience, working closely with engineering teams to ship complex software products
  • Strong experience with B2B SaaS products
  • Strong experience documenting detailed business and technical requirements, including necessary acceptance criteria
  • Experience using market standard product management platforms (i.e. GitHub, JIRA, ADO, etc.)
  • Deep familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex problems into clear documentation and actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Background with fintech, financial services, private equity, and/or real estate investment
  • Experience with AI tools in both embedded AI applications and in support of product development processes
  • Ability to work during PST or MST hours to collaborate effectively with the broader team
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • RRSP matching
  • Generous paid time-off plan
  • The latest software and hardware tools to set you up for success
  • Fully remote flexibility — work from anywhere in Canada
