Join to apply for the Lead, Systems Analyst - Hybrid Position role at Curtiss-Wright Corporation.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support one of the Company’s Business Systems (BaaN, Oracle, SyteLine, SAP) in accordance with the organization’s business plan and industry standards. You will work independently on complex projects, lead project teams, and provide technical guidance to team members and internal customers.

Your Responsibilities

1. Evaluate and recommend changes to system requirements to meet organizational needs. Own complex projects like system upgrades and modifications, overseeing them from design to execution. (35%)
2. Facilitate daily Business System activities to ensure high availability, acting as a technical expert and resource. (25%)
3. Collaborate with customers and technical staff to resolve complex software issues, addressing unique business challenges. (20%)
4. Implement processes to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, establishing standards, controls, procedures, and documentation. (20%)

Qualifications

• Professional certification from relevant vendors is desirable.
• Expertise in Business Systems (BaaN, Oracle, SyteLine, SAP) and module-level integration.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage overlapping projects, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in finance and manufacturing operations, application development, and SOX compliance.
