Location: Toronto, ON, CA, or any location in Canada with a client office

Must be eligible to work in Canada

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in ServiceNow development, automation, integrations, and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes and IT operations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, focusing on automation, system configurations, and platform analytics.
2. Utilizing Flow Designer to streamline workflows and business processes.
3. Building and maintaining integrations and APIs for seamless connectivity with other enterprise applications.
4. Leveraging ServiceNow Automation to improve operational efficiency.
5. Designing and implementing ITOM solutions such as Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping to enhance visibility and control over IT assets.
6. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
7. Performing system troubleshooting, configurations, and enhancements for optimal platform performance.

Must-have skills and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of mid-to-senior level experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, integrations, automation, and platform analytics within ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and experience developing custom integrations.
• Expertise in ITOM, specifically Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with system configurations and process automation within ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to optimize ServiceNow environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-have:
