What You Will Do

• Collaborate with teams to build, estimate, and successfully implement Agile stories.
• Analyze software problems, data issues, and workflows, and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts and other internal IT groups to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Actively contribute to building and enhancing processes, using your experience to improve business efficiency through technology.
• Advocate for software or hardware components that best fit our needs and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  
  

Who You Are

• You possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 years of direct experience as a Systems Analyst involved in software development within an IT organization.
• Proficient with Java, JavaScript development platforms, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience working with an Agile team or Agile methodology.
• Good understanding of development frameworks, including Spring Boot and React.
  
  

Preferred

Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Cypress or Selenium.

Experience with infrastructure components including Docker, REST, and GraphQL.

Experience with database platforms including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Familiarity with GitHub and Azure DevOps or equivalent experience.
