We are seeking a Sr Staff Technical Marketing Manager to drive our technical go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will bridge Product, Marketing, and Sales, translating complex technical capabilities into clear messaging. Develop technical content, competitive intelligence, and enablement materials to showcase our solutions to security professionals, IT/security decision-makers, and partners. Your work will influence product positioning, launches, and evangelism, impacting demand and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create technical demos, whitepapers, webinars, and guides that resonate with practitioners and decision-makers.
  2. Lead competitive analysis and refine positioning and differentiation in collaboration with Product and Sales.
  3. Work with product management to refine roadmaps and with sales engineers to develop demos.
  4. Articulate joint value propositions in technical partnerships.
  5. Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, IGA, IAM, and cloud environments is required.
  6. Develop detailed technical collateral with a security and identity focus.
  7. Engage in technical storytelling to make complex tech accessible and valuable.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management, or related fields.
  • Degree in Technology, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in IAM, MDM, authorization, security best practices, and cloud environments.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence and positioning.
  • Proven ability to nurture technical partnerships and create reference architectures.
  • Background in developing technical collateral, preferably in security and identity.
  • Security certifications are a plus.
