Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Solutions Designer Senior for Toronto, onsite five days a week. The role emphasizes extensive CRM design and integration across Siebel, Curam, and other COTS systems, with deep expertise in J2EE, n-tier architectures, and web technologies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience in business architecture, system analysis, and delivering technical specifications for complex solutions. 10+ years of relevant work are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of design, development, implementation, and maintenance of large complex Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, Dynamics or other COTS CRM systems.
• At least 10 years of experience in J2EE integration with other systems such as Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, or other COTS systems.
• Experience delivering business architecture, and business and system analysis.
• Hands-on with n-tier web-based applications, Unix, Shell Scripting, Ant, Javascript, XML/XSD, XSL, HTML5 and source code management tools.

Job Description Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in design, development, implementation and maintenance of large complex Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, Dynamics or other COTS CRM systems.
• At least 10 years of experience in J2EE integration with other systems such as Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, or other COTS systems.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in delivering business architecture, and business and system analysis.
• Must have hands‑on experience with n-tier web-based applications, Unix, Shell Scripting, Ant script, Javascript, XML/XSD, XSL, HTML5 and source code management tools like Subversion or CVS.
• Execute tasks on XSLT/XQuery/XPATH and transformation capabilities, hands‑on experience with Oxygen XSLT IDE or any XSLT IDE for creating and debugging XSL.
• Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements for new and existing business solutions.
