Job summary

Flexstaf IT is seeking a senior IT Integration Architect in Toronto to lead the design, development, and integration of large-scale CRM and enterprise systems. You will work with J2EE-based architectures, REST services, and modern ESB/middleware to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in backend design, enterprise integration, and experience with Oracle/SQl Server databases, JMS/AMQP, and cloud integration contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on backend design and development using REST Web Services, JPA, Hibernate, database, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration design, including experience with integration patterns, technologies, design principle and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework, especially Spring Integration, and experience designing and building integration solutions using it.

Job description

Must Have:

At least 10 years of experience in design, development, implementation and maintenance of large complex Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, Dynamics or other COTS CRM systems.

At least 10 years of experience in J2EE integration with other systems such as Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, or other COTS systems.

Demonstrated experience in and understanding of J2EE architecture

Must have hands-on experience with n-tier web-based applications, Unix, Shell Scripting, Ant script, Javascript, XML/XSD, XSL, HTML5 and source code management tools like Subversion or CVS.

Execute tasks on XSLT/XQuery/XPATH and transformation capabilities, hands on experience with Oxygen XSLT IDE or any XSLT IDE for creating and debugging XSL

Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements for new and existing business solutions.

Technical Skills (30%)

• 10+ years of experience on backend design and development using REST Web Services, JPA, hibernates, database, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration design, including experience with integration patterns, technologies, design principle and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework, especially Spring Integration, and experience designing and building integration solutions using it.
• Strong knowledge of message-oriented middleware and enterprise service buses as IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACEs) or MuleSoft and experience designing and building solutions using them.
• Experience with integration technologies, such as JMS, AMQP, or REST, and an understanding of how to use them in Azure context
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies, such as JMS, AMQP, or REST, and an understanding of how to use them in Azure Integration context.
• Experience with data model, database such as Oracle, SQL server.
• Experience with cloud-based integration solutions

Development Skills (25%)

• 10+ years of experience on backend design and development using REST Web Services, JPA, hibernates, database, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies, such as APIs, Message Queues and Middleware, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB):
• Experience in designing solutions from business requirements, especially using UML, JEE, Service Bus, and ETL.

System Analysis (20%)

• Experience in System Analysis, requirements gathering and designing use cases
• Experience with prototyping solution for presentation to the client or Sr. management

Communication Skills (15%)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience with facilitating and leading discussions with technical teams as well as business
