We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Sr Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Partner Projects at Enbridge! This role is key in driving contracting strategies to enhance competitiveness and support our ambitious business development initiatives. As the first SCM resource involved in the project lifecycle, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless delivery of material and service requirements.

What you will do:

• Lead the development of the commercial strategy for utility-scale Power Projects under development and in execution.
• Engage proactively with Business/Projects Development early (before SCM Plan) to embed supply chain risks and opportunities into customer proposals, commercial agreements, and early estimates.
• Collaborate with Business Units, other Business Partners, and SCM Contracts to address service contracting requirements for utility-scale Power Projects.
• Lead and participate in negotiations of terms and conditions (T&Cs) with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractors related to utility-scale Power/Renewables Projects.
• Understand project success factors deeply and proactively identify SCM opportunities to create value.

• Plan, report, and communicate SCM activities. Contribute to risk mitigation plans for the portfolio.

Who you are:

• University degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field with at least seven (7) years of progressive project, commercial, technical, or SCM experience, preferably in oil and gas or a related industry.
• Significant experience negotiating utility-scale ($100M+) agreements with service suppliers in the Power/Renewables industry.
• Strong understanding of terms and conditions (T&Cs) clauses, working alongside Projects, Legal, and stakeholders to achieve cost savings.
• Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen and a keen interest in expanding knowledge in Power/Renewables.

Working Conditions:

• Typical office environment.
• Moderate travel within Canada and the US, including project sites, suppliers, warehouses, and Enbridge locations, sometimes requiring PPE.
