  • This position will collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Business Users, and Quality Assurance staff.
  • Responsible for owning, driving, and providing daily front-line sales support through our Salesforce Service Cloud process.
  • Accountable for system UAT testing of new or updated sales processes and functionality before release to the sales team.
  • Monitor support queues and escalate repetitive issues or bugs to the Development team.
  • Work independently on Kanban releases (maintenance) alongside Support.
What you’ll be working on
  • Understanding user-raised bugs and supporting Salesforce daily operations.
  • Staying current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and third-party applications from the Salesforce AppExchange.
  • Reporting repetitive issues to Development.
What you bring to the role
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in IT, CIS, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce / Salesforce CPQ.
  • Technical background as a developer on the platform.
  • Salesforce certifications, specifically Salesforce Platform Developer and Admin certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce / CPQ configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Flow, Process Builders, Custom Objects, and Triggers.
