Job summary

NPAworldwide in Leamington, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital project delivery from scoping to commissioning. You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering with 5–7 years of Industrial/Manufacturing experience; a P.Eng designation is preferred. The role offers a competitive CAD salary and on-site work in Leamington, ON.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of selected key capital projects in the $50k to $5M range.
• Prepare scope of work documents including design basis, major equipment specifications, and control requirements.
• Work with outside consultants as required to properly scope and deliver projects.
• Ensure the supervision, commissioning, and start-up of capital projects.
• Monitor financial performance of projects throughout execution to ensure budgetary performance and effective management of scope change.
• Provide recurring reports on project status to key project stakeholders and the Executive Team.
• Document project outcomes, lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for future projects.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in developing and implementing best practices.
• Support short-term (1 year) and long-term (3-5 year) capital plan development.
