Your Impact

We seek a dynamic Agile Product Owner with deep Salesforce expertise to drive vision, strategy, and execution of Salesforce initiatives within our Agile framework. The role requires strong Salesforce knowledge, excellent communication, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What the Role Offers

• Define and communicate product roadmaps and strategies for Salesforce initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensure Epics and User Stories are well-defined and aligned.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
• Guide Agile adoption and adherence to ensure timely, high-quality Salesforce project delivery.
• Support release planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members in Agile, Design Thinking, and Product Ownership principles.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 7+ years of Agile experience with Enterprise Applications in Salesforce; 5+ years as a Product Owner, preferably within SAFe.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks like SAFe, SCRUM, KANBAN.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proven collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce and SAFe certifications are highly desirable.
