Job summary

Nascent is seeking a Senior Digital Product Designer to lead how people create digital products and experiences, turning complex problems into elegant interfaces.

You’ll design web and mobile experiences, build wireframes and prototypes, conduct research, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to deliver impactful products. In-person Toronto position; 7+ years of UI/UX experience required.

Design a great experience

• By designing amazing digital experiences through best practices and design patterns for web and mobile.
• You can take an existing brand guide and interpret it into a digital design system
• You can effectively use design tools (Figma) to create responsive designs and flexible reusable components
• By considering how the art direction, interactions, and content work together to deliver an engaging user experience
• By prototyping experiences with thoughtful consideration of motion, interactions, and transitions

As a Sr. Digital Product Designer at Nascent, you can come into a project that’s not clear, and help the team and the client see what needs to be created. Your strength is in pulling together beautifully designed interfaces but have a good understanding of research and UX.

You’ll collaborate closely with everyone from our stakeholders to development, design, and QA to deliver great digital experiences.
