Job description

Job Description

Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions across hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Handles damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery times. Acts as the first point of contact for customers regarding various issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Four (4) years of customer service, clerical, or related experience required; experience in dock operations or distribution centers preferred
  • Proficient in general business skills such as typing, data entry, review, and use of phones, copiers, and fax machines
  • Software skills including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Strong customer service skills to respond professionally to requests
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm. Must have four (4) years of relevant experience. Please submit a resume outlining all relevant experience with dates by 05/14/2025 at 3 PM.
