An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Sr. Operations Administrator to join their team. This role involves performing essential clerical and administrative functions to support hub and station operations. You'll handle customer inquiries, manage records, and ensure efficient delivery processes. Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions across hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Handles damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery times. Acts as the first point of contact for customers regarding various issues.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm. Must have four (4) years of relevant experience. Please submit a resume outlining all relevant experience with dates by 05/14/2025 at 3 PM.
