A leading logistics company is seeking a Senior Operations Administrator in Bracebridge. This role entails performing clerical and administrative duties to enhance hub operations, focusing on customer service and quality assurance. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of relevant experience, excel in time management, and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions for hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to optimize delivery time. Serves as a customer’s first line of contact for a variety of issues.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Preferred Qualifications: Shift: Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
