Accountabilities:

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of React Native mobile applications, emphasizing Android.
• Create seamless, user-facing mobile features to improve agent and client experiences.
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to define technical strategies.
• Maintain and enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of mobile applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Share knowledge across teams through events, demos, and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging mobile development tools and DevOps technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with React Native and strong Android development skills.
• Experience bridging native code (Java/Kotlin and Swift/Obj-C) within React Native.
• Proficiency with debugging tools like Expo and native Android toolchains.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, frameworks, and libraries.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Kubernetes).
