Sr. Microsoft 365 and Copilot Functional Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Microsoft 365 and Copilot Functional Consultant to create amazing experiences leveraging the Microsoft suite.

As a senior consultant, you will build scalable implementations using best practices. You will work closely with our teams to create new solutions and improve existing products and features. You will collaborate with our delivery team to surface common pain points, develop solutions, and evangelize best practices. Additionally, you will support, mentor, and help others in the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional analysis and design of M365 solutions using the Copilot for M365 platform, including defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables of each project.
• Design, implement, and support Copilot for M365 to meet the client's business requirements, including creating workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of the M365 solutions, ensuring that they meet the functional specifications and performance standards.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to the client's end-users and administrators on how to use and maintain the M365 solutions.
• Manage change management and communication activities related to the M365 solutions, ensuring that the client's stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the project manager, technical consultants, and other team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the M365 solutions, following agile methodology and best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants, sharing your knowledge and experience on the Copilot for M365 platform and functional consulting.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Copilot for M365 platform and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to enhance the value and quality of the M365 solutions.

Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, OR
• At least 5 years of experience in functional consulting, business analysis, or project management, preferably in the IT services industry.
• At least 3 years of M365 platform experience in designing, implementing, and supporting M365 solutions, or a similar low-code/no-code platform.
• Strong knowledge and skills in the Microsoft 365 suite of products, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into functional requirements and solutions.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Copilot for M365, Microsoft 365, or a related technology is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent client-facing experience and communication skills.
• Ability to attain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Security Clearance would be beneficial.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
