Job Description

We are seeking a strategic SEO Manager to drive our organic growth through innovation and smart automation. In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI-powered workflows and automation into our SEO strategy, using data-driven insights to scale efforts efficiently. You will align search optimization initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring SEO is a key driver of pipeline and revenue growth.

So, what will your new role look like?

Scale & own SEO across multiple brands:

1. Develop and execute scalable AI-powered SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive pipeline & revenue growth for both Workleap and ShareGate.
2. Lead SEO projects from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
3. Measure and own performance—monitoring organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI to ensure SEO initiatives drive real business impact.

Leverage AI, automation & the future of search:

1. Integrate AI into SEO workflows, automating content creation, optimization, and performance tracking for efficiency and scale.
2. Partner with engineers on scalable automation solutions, stay ahead of search innovations, and develop data-driven strategies beyond best practices.
3. Stay ahead of AI-driven search trends—critically analyze LLMs, generative AI, and search innovations to ensure our SEO strategy stays competitive.
4. Challenge the status quo—go beyond SEO best practices to develop data-driven insights that shape strategy and drive growth.
5. Lead content scalability efforts to ensure high-ranking, high-converting content, refine search intent alignment, and dynamically optimize content using AI insights.
6. Collaborate with Content and SEO teams to scale high-quality, SEO-optimized content across multiple brands.
7. Own SEO content performance metrics, continuously refining topic clusters, on-page SEO, and search intent alignment.

Experimentation, Analytics & Performance Optimization:

1. Continuously test, iterate, and optimize SEO tactics, content formats, and emerging search trends.
2. Conduct SEO audits and site optimizations, including technical analysis, indexation, internal linking, and on-page performance improvements.
3. Work closely with Paid Search, Growth, and Brand teams to ensure a cohesive search marketing strategy.
4. Set SEO growth goals, track KPIs, and regularly report on progress.

What does your future team look like?

As an SEO Manager, you’ll be part of the Growth team, driving organic search performance across our HR and IT product portfolio.

1. Report to Sr. Manager, Demand Generation.
2. Work cross-functionally with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, and Web Development teams to execute high-impact SEO strategies that drive business growth.

2. Strategic & AI-forward mindset – Deep understanding of AI’s role in search evolution, with the ability to form data-driven opinions beyond best practices.
3. Multi-discipline SEO expertise – Skilled in content optimization, internal linking, technical SEO, and programmatic SEO.
4. Technical SEO proficiency – Strong grasp of site architecture, URL structures, sitemaps, tags, and localization best practices.
5. AI & automation in SEO – Experience collaborating with engineers on AI-driven initiatives and implementing automation at scale.
6. Data-driven decision making – Strong analytical skills, experimentation mindset, and performance tracking to optimize SEO strategies.
7. Business & revenue alignment – Ability to connect SEO efforts to user intent, engagement, conversions, and overall business impact.
8. Operational excellence – Experience managing vendors, freelancers, and SEO budgets efficiently.
9. Effective communication – Ability to articulate SEO strategy in both technical and business terms, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
