What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Manager in Governance and Control, reporting to the Director, Finance Governance and Controls, you will be involved in initiatives within Finance to ensure proper governance, provide advisory services for process enhancements, control implementation, risk identification, and regulatory exposure management. You will oversee control reviews and testing to ensure effectiveness and manage a team of business consultants to ensure governance coverage over the line of business.

We offer a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing 1-3 days per week on-site and other days remote.

How You'll Succeed

• Control Activities: Review/test controls, develop work plans, identify and record control deficiencies, monitor remediation, review new initiatives for control risks.
• Operational Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, analyze incidents, create and monitor Key Risk Indicators.
• Relationship Management: Manage relationships with stakeholders including Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, external auditors, and the Business.
• Guidance to Managers: Provide guidance and resolve issues during control testing and governance activities.
