To plan, organize, direct, and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or small to medium volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure, and cost-effective operation. Responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations. Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance, and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations.
