Job Position Overview

This is an interview position responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all operations within the service area of the Ramp or a small to medium volume facility/station. The goal is to provide maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure, and cost-effective operation. The role includes accountability for budget, people development, and operational objectives, as well as overall safety, security, quality, performance, and customer experience of station and ramp operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) or equivalent
• Four (4) years of business experience, including at least two (2) years in direct management of employees, their performance, and operational leadership
• The two (2) years of direct management experience must have occurred within the past four (4) years
• Must possess a valid G license and have a good driving record
