As Senior Manager, you'll deliver impactful analytics, develop strategies, and drive enhanced business decisions on managing collections performance, customer interactions, and financial outcomes.With your deep expertise in advanced analytics, you will play a key role in optimizing collections strategies and supporting operational excellence. You will be the primary analytics partner to collections leadership, translating complex collections data into clear, actionable reporting and insights for senior management.You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring that collections leaders and stakeholders have the understanding they need to optimize performance and reduce losses. You will design and deliver robust analytics and reporting frameworks tailored to the needs of the collections leadership team, enabling data-driven decisions at every stage of the collections lifecycle.You will collaborate with model development teams to test, implement, and monitor model performance, and support ongoing model maintenance and enhancement activities.
