**Work Schedule:** Standard (Mon-Fri).
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed assigned geographic territory forecast by pursuing new sales opportunities and establishing strong relationships with clients.
- Train and collaborate with channel partners to develop and close sales opportunities.
- Seek out new business potentials across divisions and coordinate with sales personnel to maximize results.
- Promote Thermo Fisher Scientific’s product offerings during sales calls to identify client solutions.
- Participate in corporate and focus account initiatives as a team member.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, STEM, or Business.
- At least 3 years of successful laboratory sales experience; 5+ years preferred.
- Experience with multiple channel partners, including direct sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of markets and laboratory product applications.
Skills and Abilities:
- Willingness to travel 25-50% within Alberta and Saskatchewan; valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team, influence others, and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
