1. Liaison with user and stakeholders in Retail Lending Business Directorate to assist, gather and analyze the business requirements needed for application system and enhancement.

2. Manage related IT project activities so that the project can be completed according to the agreed schedule, budget, and scope.

3. Collaborate with other units in IT and related parties for assessing the impact of new system or system enhancement widely.

4. Coordinate & ensure that system enhancements had run well, monitor, & follow up the post implementation problem (if any during PIR period).
