Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Technical Director, as part of the Technical Direction and Process Validation (TDPV) team, the Sr. Field Service & Technical Advising Manager - Subject Matter Expert (SME) will :

• Screen new potential projects and opportunities for both new construction, fleet, and existing assets.
• Develop and / or review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Provide technical guidance and support to Sales and Commercial Engineering teams.
• Conduct site / field audits of existing plants to review performance and / or troubleshoot problems.
• Provide operational safety inputs to field services, engineering, and design teams.
• Work with various technologies such as Conventional pretreatment, Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, EDI, Membrane Bioreactor, Degasification, Adsorption, and dewatering technology.

Qualifications / Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline. Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply field.
• Experience in process design or proposal preparation, understanding proposal documents and specifications.
• Proven experience in the development and assessment of process flowsheets.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of water / technology process equipment, including MBR technology.
