Qualifications

This opportunity involves providing environmental support from concept development through project completion, including researching, data analysis, preparing project materials, and ensuring compliance with CEQA and NEPA laws. The role requires collaboration with clients and communities, creating presentations and reports, and potentially mentoring staff.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze design plans and identify deliverables.
  • Lead planning processes and technical solutions.
  • Compile and analyze data, propose solutions, and prepare reports and graphics.
  • Create presentation materials and conduct public meetings.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor less experienced staff and assist in project proposals.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Perform other related duties.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and 6 years of experience, or
  • Master's Degree in relevant field and 5 years of experience.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and client-specific programs.
  • Knowledge of environmental laws (CEQA, NEPA, etc.) and compliance oversight.
  • Experience in preparing environmental review documents and permits.
  • Ability to lead tasks and review work of others.
Additional Information
