Position Title: Senior Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

Reports To:Director, Direct Marketing and Analytics

Status:Permanent Full Time

Work Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office at 2085 Hurontario Street with occasional work at hospital sites – Mississauga, Credit Valley Hospital and Queensway Health Centre sites.

THE ROLE

The Senior Digital Performance Marketing Specialist role will drive measurable growth and achieve business objectives through strategic and data-driven digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels to maximize return on investment (ROI). Key responsibilities include developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, managing budgets, leading and coordinating digital marketing performance across the organization. The goal is to ensure that digital marketing efforts contribute significantly to the company's overall success and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media).
  • Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content. Oversee the creation and use of digital marketing materials.
  • Monitor performance with the use analytics tools and reports to track campaign performance, including metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROI. Analyse and summarize reports for KPI’s and campaign metrics.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimizing Campaigns through A/B testing, adjust targeting, and refine ad creatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize website for CX, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rate improvements.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets across digital channels and campaigns to ensure optimal spend and maximum ROI.
  • Regularly review budget utilization and adjust allocations based on performance data
  • Provide digital leadership for team of marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve campaign goals.
  • Work with other departments, such as major giving and events, to ensure digital marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Close partnership with Data, Innovation and Integration Team on tagging, data flows, KPI identification, dashboard development, and campaign reporting
  • Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies and trends. Identify industry trends, consumer behaviour and competitor strategies and make recommendations for the organization to utilize.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, display advertising, and retargeting strategies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Proven track record in optimizing digital fundraising campaigns, ideally for NFPs.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel donor acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
