  • Evaluate market-access and business-development opportunities using commercial, financial, operational, and risk analysis; prepare recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Monitor crude oil and NGL fundamentals, pricing, differentials, infrastructure constraints, regulatory developments, and competitive activity across North American and relevant global markets.

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with external counterparts including producers, midstream companies, marketers, and end users.

  • Support Director, Marketing in commercial management of Global crude oil sales agreements

  • Provide commercial leadership in Marketing assessments of asset acquisition and divestiture reviews

  • Mentor team members, share market knowledge, strengthen commercial capability, and contribute to a collaborative, high-accountability culture.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven track record of developing and executing value-add commercial projects, including fractionation and transport commitments, blend projects, and infrastructure investments that create long-term strategic value.

  • Demonstrated success negotiating and managing complex, high-value commercial agreements and developing constructive long-term counterparty relationships.

  • Ability to build robust commercial and financial analyses, assess alternatives, communicate trade-offs, and make clear recommendations to senior leaders.

  • Excellent judgment, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, operational, financial, and executive audiences.

  • A proactive, results-oriented approach and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in dynamic commodity markets.

  • University degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent senior commercial experience will also be considered.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with commodity systems, market data platforms, and analytical tools is an asset.
