Job description

• Independent carriage of a full caseload of Accident Benefits litigation, including priority and loss transfer disputes
• Opportunity to handle interesting and complex files
• Opportunity to provide advice to the Claims department on Accident Benefits litigation strategy and file handling

• At least 6+ years of litigation experience, especially Accident Benefits litigation

• Law Degree from an accredited law school (LLB or Juris Doctor)

• This role requires clearance of a background check and disciplinary action check

High degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.

Salary Range : $115,200 - $213,800
