What can you expect in this role?

• Managing a full caseload of Accident Benefits litigation, including priority and loss transfer disputes
• Handling interesting and complex files
• Providing advice to the Claims department on litigation strategy and file handling

What do you bring to the role?

• At least 6+ years of litigation experience, especially in Accident Benefits litigation
• Strong commitment to coaching and mentoring lawyers
• Passion for innovation and improvement
• Empathy and motivational skills
• High ethical standards, integrity, and responsibility
• Team player adaptable to change
• Law Degree from an accredited law school (LLB or JD)
• Licensed to practice law in Ontario
• Ability to pass background and disciplinary checks

Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with internal and external clients across Canada.

Salary Range: $115,200 - $213,800
